2.3 Copyright and Ownership: All course materials, including recorded videos, are copyrighted and owned exclusively by us. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action. Students are granted a non-transferable, single-user license to use the content solely for their personal learning.

2.4 Course Attendance: If a student is absent, recorded sessions will be provided as a substitute. No additional make-up classes are offered.

2.5 Course Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust course dates, length, fees, and the number of classes as needed. In such cases, we will provide prior notice to registered students. Adjustments are made at our sole discretion and do not entitle students to refunds or partial credits unless otherwise specified.

2.6 Replacement Teacher: In the event of an emergency, a replacement teacher may be assigned without prior notice. We ensure that all substitute teachers are professional and capable of delivering the course effectively.

2.7 Class Cancellation or Postponement: Classes may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify students as soon as possible and reschedule as necessary.

2.8 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Notices of any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Service Delivery Policy

3.1 Course Delivery: Upon full payment, students will receive access to scheduled live classes and course materials via a secure online platform.

3.2 Access and Availability: Recorded sessions will be made available to ensure all students have access, regardless of attendance.

3.3 Technology and Learning Environment Requirements: Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible devices for accessing the online platform. Students are also expected to have printed or digital copies of course materials available before each class to maximize their learning experience. During live sessions, students should ensure they are in a quiet environment with good lighting to create an optimal learning experience.

3.4 Support Availability: Our support team is available during regular business hours to assist with technical or academic queries. Please note that responses to support requests may not be immediate, as inquiries are handled in the order they are received. We aim to address all queries as promptly as possible.

3.5 Course Adjustments: We may adjust course schedules, including dates, length, fees, and the number of sessions, to best meet educational goals and logistical requirements. Notifications will be provided as needed, and any adjustments will not affect the core value of the course.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.

4.2 Exceptional Circumstances: If a course is cancelled by the provider, partial or full refunds may be considered at our discretion.

4.3 Missed Sessions: No refunds will be issued for missed sessions. Recorded sessions will be provided to all enrolled students.

4.4 Termination of Access: Any violation of terms, including unauthorized sharing or distribution of copyrighted course materials, may result in termination of access without refund and could lead to further action.

4.5 No Refunds for Adjustments: Adjustments to course dates, length, fees, or number of classes do not entitle students to refunds or credits, as these changes are intended to maintain or improve educational delivery.
